Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wildlifewarriorstrapping.com (the "Site"), operated by Wildlife Warriors Trapping & Exclusion Services, LLC ("Wildlife Warriors," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Our Services

Wildlife Warriors provides humane wildlife trapping, removal, exclusion, and related services in Northeast Florida. The Site is informational. Submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, or otherwise reaching out through the Site does not by itself create a service contract. Any services we perform are subject to a separate written or verbal service agreement covering scope, pricing, and scheduling.

Quotes & Pricing

Any pricing shown on the Site or provided by phone or email before an on-site inspection is an estimate only. Final pricing depends on the situation we find on arrival — animal species, location, severity of damage, accessibility, and any exclusion work required. We will confirm pricing with you before performing chargeable work.

Emergencies & Protected Species

• Human emergencies: If anyone is bitten, scratched, or otherwise injured, call 911 immediately. The Site is not a substitute for emergency medical or law-enforcement services.
• Protected species: Some Florida wildlife (including alligators, certain raptors, and threatened or endangered species) is regulated by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC). Our handling of these animals follows applicable state and federal law and may require FWC involvement or referral.
• Rabies-vector species: Handling of rabies-vector species may be subject to state requirements, including reporting, referral, or other required disposition. We follow current FWC guidelines.

Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest content from the Site for commercial use without our written permission.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or its hosting infrastructure, or to bypass any security measure.
• Use the Site to transmit viruses, malware, spam, or any content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing.
• Use any automated system (bot, crawler, etc.) to interact with the Site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, illustrations, logos, and the overall design — is owned by Wildlife Warriors or licensed to us. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party websites (for example, the Wildlife Rescue Coalition of NE Florida). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Visiting a linked site is at your own discretion.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — about the Site or its content, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Educational content on the Site (for example, wildlife behavior tips or first-response guidance) is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wildlife Warriors and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability arising out of or related to the Site is limited to one hundred dollars (US $100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for any claim that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Liability for the in-person services we perform is governed by the service agreement covering that work, not by these Terms.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Wildlife Warriors against any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms, including reasonable attorney's fees.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
